Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Vision Bridge Point Co., Ltd. ("Vision Bridge Point," "we," "our," or "us"), we maintain clear, fair, and transparent policies regarding workshop enrollments, cohort seat reservations, cancellations, and refund requests. Because our training cohorts are strictly capped to ensure individualized chart review clinics, the following terms apply to all registrations.

1. Cohort & Workshop Refund Eligibility

Refund eligibility depends on the timeframe in which written cancellation notice is received prior to the scheduled start date:

• 14 or More Days Prior to Start: Full 100% refund of tuition paid, minus a standard ฿1,000 THB administrative processing fee.
• 7 to 13 Days Prior to Start: 50% partial refund of tuition paid, or an option for a 100% credit transfer to a subsequent scheduled cohort within 6 months at no additional fee.
• Less than 7 Days Prior to Start: Tuition is non-refundable due to the locked reservation of limited cohort seats and preparation of individual instructional resources. However, you may request a one-time seat transfer to another designated student or defer enrollment to a future cohort subject to availability.

2. Program Commenced / Work Already Started

Once a cohort, workshop, or clinical laboratory has commenced (Session 1 has taken place), tuition fees are strictly non-refundable. If a student experiences unexpected medical or personal emergencies during an active cohort, our admissions desk will review requests to defer the remaining modules to a subsequent training intake on a case-by-case basis.

3. 1-on-1 Private Mentorship Policy

For bespoke 1-on-1 Chart Diagnostics and Private Mentorship packages:

• Prior to Diagnostic Session 1: Full refund minus ฿2,000 THB administration and schedule reservation fee if requested at least 7 days before the initial appointment.
• Once Mentorship Sessions Have Commenced: Unused sessions may be refunded on a pro-rata basis calculated per remaining session, provided written notice is submitted at least 5 business days before the next scheduled session.
• Rescheduling Policy: Private mentoring sessions may be rescheduled without penalty with at least 24 hours advance notice. No-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be counted as a completed session.

4. Non-Refundable Items & Purchased Materials

The following items and fees are non-refundable under all circumstances:

• Physical printed course binders, customized trade journals, and historical chart workbooks that have already been dispatched or delivered.
• Bank wire transfer fees, international currency conversion spreads, or third-party payment processing surcharges.
• Completed 1-on-1 diagnostic sessions, individual journal audits, and past review recordings.

5. Academy-Initiated Cancellations or Rescheduling

In the rare event that Vision Bridge Point Co., Ltd. must cancel or reschedule a cohort due to unforeseen faculty emergencies, severe weather events, or studio facility maintenance:

• Enrolled students will be offered a choice between a 100% full refund (with zero administrative deductions) or an automatic priority seat in the rescheduled cohort dates.
• Vision Bridge Point is not liable for non-refundable personal travel, flight, or hotel accommodations booked by students visiting Chiang Mai.

6. Refund Application Process & Timeframe

To request a refund or enrollment deferral:

1. Submit a formal written request via email to info@vision-bridgepoint.click from the email address used during registration.
2. Include your Full Name, Course / Cohort Name, Registration Date, and reason for cancellation.
3. Our admissions desk will acknowledge your request within 2 business days.
4. Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days using the original payment method or via domestic Thai bank wire transfer.
