Welcome to Vision Bridge Point Co., Ltd. ("Vision Bridge Point," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your enrollment in our technical analysis training programs, workshops, chart laboratories, private mentorships, and access to our website located at vision-bridgepoint.click.

By accessing our website or enrolling in any of our training offerings, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our related policies.

1. Educational Character & Market Training Scope

Vision Bridge Point is an educational and analytical training institution. All courses, laboratories, diagnostic sessions, written workbooks, chart annotations, live demonstrations, and mentoring discussions are provided strictly for educational and analytical skill-building purposes.

We provide technical chart analysis instruction, volatility modeling principles, and risk management frameworks. Vision Bridge Point does not provide personalized investment advice, financial planning, asset management services, or buy/sell execution recommendations. Any market analysis examined during sessions reflects educational case studies and historical market geometry.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All course materials, including but not limited to written syllabi, proprietary diagnostic checklists, laboratory workbooks, presentation slides, chart case studies, recorded lectures, and risk sizing matrices, are the exclusive intellectual property of Vision Bridge Point Co., Ltd.

Enrolled participants are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to review course materials for personal educational use. You may not record, republish, redistribute, resell, broadcast, or sublicense any course materials without our prior written authorization.

3. Enrollment, Tuition & Seat Reservation

To preserve the quality of instruction, our training cohorts maintain strict participant caps. A seat in a cohort or workshop is confirmed only upon completion of the admission process and receipt of the applicable tuition fee. Tuition rates are published on our Pricing page and are subject to change for future cohorts.

4. Student Code of Conduct

Participants in our physical Chiang Mai studio and virtual interactive sessions must maintain a professional, respectful, and constructive demeanor. Disruptive conduct, harassment of faculty or fellow students, unauthorized screen sharing, or attempts to distribute promotional solicitations during clinic hours may result in immediate suspension from the program without refund.

5. Limitation of Liability

Trading and investing in financial markets inherently involve substantial risk of capital loss. Historical market behavior examined in laboratory case studies demonstrates educational principles and chart mechanics rather than promising future financial outcomes. Vision Bridge Point Co., Ltd. and its analytical faculty expressly disclaim liability for individual trading decisions made by students outside our classrooms.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms, training programs, or studio attendance shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Chiang Mai, Thailand.
